not sure what dumbbell single leg cobra does. It says it’s supposed to work your back but i only feel it in my legs when i do the kick back that’s required. Can jefit replace this exercise all together? i’m not sure it’s hitting the right spot

amgym19 Sometimes the instructions in Jefit aren't that clear. I usually search YouTube for the exercise name when I want more guidance.

I have done this exercise, and I would describe it as a combination single leg RDL with a dumbell reverse fly. I suggest starting by trying it without weights or with very light weights.

I like exercises like this that incorporate a balance challenge, but I wouldn't do it as as a primary strengthening exercise.
