why can’t the adaptive plan have a bit more variety with the exercises? is it to build up a solid foundation first and then mix it up once your body gets used to it or do i simple just add any exercises on the fly? let me know!

Adaptive Plan is grounded in the principles of Progressive Overload. For this reason, it recommends certain primary exercises more consistently while mixing up the accessories. This allows it to track your progress with key lifts and know when to push you to induce progressive overload.

I have not tried the adaptive plan I just created my own and change it up every now and then . I’d say it’s probably to learn a variety of exercises and to familiarise yourself possibly .
