Well the cons. I don’t like all the adaptive and AI in my training, but it may be useful for some! The ui changed over time but it wasn’t always an improvement.

Been on this app for years and have really enjoyed it. Bit of a learning curve to get the hang of things but worth the effort. Became a paid member this year but still works great running the free version to see if you like it
