started this Monday and recorded what I did however today Wednesday got my excercises but couldn't get started, kept coming up as unlock and when pressed took me back to pay monthly or yearly, I have already taken a yearly subscription out

I'm still trying to understand the automated plan. when I follow it, and do more than it tells me to do, I still am falling below the target zone.
