Amazing progress! for slopey shoulders I recommend you add some more training volume to your upper back, which is what pulls your shoulders back and up, by adding face pulls, low rows, lateral raises, etc to your routine.

Amazing progress. I’m still new, all I can add is that wide grip pull-ups force me to pay attention to my head neck and shoulders. It’s the only time I feel like I’m really getting that area right. ✌️

wow, first of all, awesome work! I would advise against behind the neck pulls. Do assisted pull-ups and pull-ups. With the shoulder posture, you could do strict lateral raises, to develop delts without overly training traps

Great progress. You are doing awesome 🤘🏻 💪🏻. I've realized stretches are what helped me get better posture. I also set an hour-2 hour repeating timer on my garmin to remind me to check my posture and slouching. Keep kicking ass

Focus on exercises for upper mid back - rhomboid and mid traps - the muscles between the should blades. In addition woek on the posterior shoulder. Exercises like dumbbell rows or reverse flye help. Look up YTWL body weight exercise and give it a try
