Get your sweat on ? with today’s workout (4/14/20), which consisted of:
3 circuits with 4 exercises per circuit. 40 secs of work with a 20 sec rest. You will do this for 2 rounds. Rest after the 2nd round of each circuit for 40 secs to 1 min. Remember, listen to your body and do not forget to warm-up and cool down properly. These exercises can also be achieved with just your body weight or grab a weighted household item.

1. Romanian Deadlift to Row
2. Reverse Lunge Hold to Shoulder External Rotations (Right/Left)
3. Plank-Ups to Power Plank Switch Lunges
4. Overhead Tricep Extensions

1. Half-Kneeling Row to Neutral Bicep Curl (Right/Left)
2. “Around the World” Plank Taps (Right/Left)
3. Lateral Lunge to Oblique Crunch (Right/Left)
4. 4 Lateral Walks to 2 Floor Squat Jacks
