This unique routine focuses on pulling movements only for the upper body. Both of these routines focuses on the back and arms. Multiple versions of these exercises bent-over row and bicep curl are used in this 2-day series.
The idea behind the program is to use it on alternating days where you add in pushing and pressing focused exercises.
