This intermediate-level session includes two days of training with exclusively dumbbells. Both sessions offer a full body workout using 3-4 sets per body part depending on the day.

Each training days includes 8 unique exercises and they all utilize supersets, where you'll see minimal rest between sets. Enjoy!
