push pull leg routine for my fall 2022 semester. main goal is cutting. focusing on improving main compounds: bench, deadlift, squat and overhead press. will aim for around 12 weeks, ~first week sep - ~third/last week nov. will program deloads every 4 weeks (target midterm/quiz weeks). GOALS: weight: 165lb
