The L-P-P Routine routine by kami.kevinq is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Progressive Overload: For your main compound movements, once you can complete an exercise for 3 sets of 8, aim for 3x9, then 3x10, then add on 2.5kg and go back to 2x8, and so on. Rest times are 120 seconds on compounds and 60 seconds on isolation exercises.
