The NH Wedding Prep routine by elishasriram is a 4 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
REMEMBER - INTENSITY for results. Your number one fear should be leaving the gym knowing you could have done more. Important: All exercises should be 8-12 reps with the last rep being close to failure, if not total failure. If you can do more reps, go up in weight. Less, go down. Remember, reps are not the overall emphasis, INTENSITY is. As far as rest between sets: wait as long as you need to feel adequately rested for the next set. There is no perfect rest period.
