The Push/Pull DB Workout routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is an introductory push/pull strength training program for beginners using only dumbbells. There are two weekly sessions that should take approximately 20-minutes to complete.
