3 DAYS - Cutting - Intermediate

Equipment required: Dumbell, Barbell, Kettlebell, Bench, and Machine

This plan supports Interval mode and Audio Cue & Pro Tips

This is a full body, intermediate, interval session. Each session will use 30-seconds of work followed by 30-seconds of rest training format. This is repeated for 3 sets - all supersets. You will have three sessions each week - take a rest day between workout sessions.
