I don’t think it matters but pinkies should be up to isolate the biceps I think. Also important that the upper arms are behind you as this pre-stretches top of biceps.

No, your form looks fine to me - just pointing out that its the key to the exercise and why you do them as well as curls like preachers where the arm is in front of you.
