BTW delt gains? been doing a new style of lat raises recently. probably a month now
I do 1 set at my challenging weight but one i can finish. eg 12 reps of the 5lbs DBs. slow and controlled and full ROM. after, I INCREASE weight. then I do partials for AMRAP. eg the 8lbs but I can't go as high up, and probably get 6. that's 1 set 😤
