More unilateral lifting to make each side do it's own work. There are plenty of 1 arm exercises on the app. I will sometimes lower the weight after a normal set and add an extra few extra reps to the smaller arm to failure. Good luck!

Do more unilateral exercises for the left biceps and triceps. If you are training your biceps and triceps twice a week, I would add a special day just for the left biceps and triceps until they finally catch up to the right.
Also, watch your form when doing cable rows, bent over barbell rows, lat pulldowns, and pull ups since they also work the biceps. The same applies to the triceps when doing bench presses and dips.

Just time and more unilateral lifts than joint. Warming up with joint lifts is fine, but make your working sets all single side dumbbells and cables. Don’t increase weight/reps on your larger side unless your smaller side was able to complete the same weight/reps without failure. Size imbalance usually comes down to having one arm be dominant for push (triceps) and the other arm be dominant for pull (biceps), so the dominant arm ends up doing more of the work on a joint arm lift due to a lifetime of habit.
Also, watch your form when doing cable rows, bent over barbell rows, lat pulldowns, and pull ups since they also work the biceps. The same applies to the triceps when doing bench presses and dips.
