For those of you 60 and older — or anyone with experience — what nutrition or supplement strategies have you found most helpful for supporting strength and recovery as we get older?

I try not to go down that rabbit hole too often. I try and eat reasonably healthy but I don't deny myself some cheat meals either. I still take creatine every day and supplement my protein intake with a shake. I have started taking magnesium recently to see if it'll help with sleep and recovery. It might be.
