I’d do 3 egg whites in the morning with 1 whole egg and 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese. I had pita wraps I found at Walmart that are 60 cals and would put shredded or grilled chicken with that for lunch. Supper was mainly chicken and veggies. If supplement more protein with a shake and a David bar.

Eat more vegetables (fiber) such as kale, swiss chard, spinach, zucchini, lettuce, etc. to keep you full. You need protein, of course, from salmon, cod, mahi mahi, chicken, turkey, lean beef, etc. Don’t forget the fruits and yogurt for your gut health.

If you eat eggs in the morning try going 50/50 eggs to egg whites. Gives you an almost identical taste with less fat and more protein.
