i feel like the workouts Jefit recommends in that adaptation plan don't really give you a good pump, they just sweat you out good. Do i just need to do more reps, different weights, different exercises? I don't know, maybe it'Il get better but we'll see. I know i can always switch to a different plan and continue doing what i normally do… what do y’all think?

pseb I get what you mean but I’m determined to go through the whole cycle before I make up my mind.

EliJay24 Keep at it and I say if you don’t see progress or still don’t feel the intensity you’re looking, create your own plan and follow that. It’s all trial and error in the lifting world. We all have different builds and our bodies react differently. Hopefully you find what works best for you. 🙌🏽👊🏽
