Muscle mass (not to much) through weight training and proper diet, flexibility and balance through yoga, and a healthy heart and brain through cardio (HIIT cycling, Les Mills Body Combat class, walking, etc.).

My goal is to maintain muscle, mobility and balance to help with overall health improvement as I age. Nothing more and nothing less. Strength/Resistance Training has been my preference for the past 16 years.
