I am curious to know, what is everyone’s take on GLP-1s for weight loss? I am on the fence as I have heard they are pretty much a lifetime commitment as coming off of it you basically regain most of the weight you lost as well as it can effect you lean muscle mass. On the other hand it works for and has really helped some people.

Maybe other GLOP-1 drugs have less side effects. Just do intermittent fasting or caloric restriction 2 times a week. The weight should come off easily if you workout and your diet is good.
The problem about gaining it all back after coming off them is that many people without the help of the GLP-1s go back to eating like they were before, but if you make the necessary diet changes and stick to your maintenance daily caloric intake you will keep it off but that is not easy for a lot of people.
The problem is those who look to GLP-1s as a quick and easy fix, and don't exercise not commit to a diet so they loose fat with them but also muscle and bone, and then when they stop using them they not only gain all the weight back but also its all in the form of fat so their body composition is much less healthy than before too.
GLP-1s are a fantastic tool for loosing weight and getting healthier but its not a free pass, it requires some effort and commitment, but it can be the solution forva lot of people who struggle to loose weight for many valid reasons.
