The Home Cardio 2:1 Interval routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is an interval session that involves 2-3 minutes of jumping rope and running. A rest period follows each interval combo (jump/run). If you don’t have a jump rope simply jump in place as though you were actually jumping rope. Ok? The workout begins with a short series of dynamic warm-up exercises.
