This plan supports Interval mode and Audio Cue & Pro Tips

This intermediate home workout requires minimal equipment, just a pull-up bar and dumbbells. If you do not have access to a pull-up bar - perform dumbbell or inverted rows instead of pull-ups Ok?

There are nine different exercises that will give you a full body workout. Eight of the nine exercise are grouped together as supersets. Enjoy and be safe!
