This Core Series program, the fourth such program developed by Jefit coaches, offers two workout sessions. Each session targets all the major muscles groups that make up your core. We're talking abs, hips, glutes and low back.
Day 1: includes 5 core exercises - 3 sets each/15 total sets - with a session time of 33-minutes to complete.
Day 2: offers 5 different core exercises - 3 sets each/15 total sets - with a workout time of 35-minutes.
