The HIIT (Treadmill Running) routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This Intermediate HIIT session includes a 1:2 work-to-rest ratio on Day 1 and then a 1:3 ratio on Day 2. This is where you will sprint for 60-75 seconds following by a 2:00 or 3-minute walk and repeated 10 rounds.
