The Stronglifts 5x5 - Evening Mod routine by sargx is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Stronglifts 5x5 Base. -Alternate workouts. -Increase Weights 5-10lbs per workout. -If you stall, reduce weight 20% and continue. Mods: -Swapped Barbell Rows for Power Cleans. -Added Chins/Dips -Added a free lift (do what you feel you're missing... i.e. flyes, incline press, curls in the squat rack... etc.)
