The Full body Floridian ??*** routine by Plg1986 is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
?UPDATE ? Looked at each day of the workout. It looks solid “as-is”. I would just do that one week and then similar the next but maybe substitute some exercises with others. Line DB bench instead of barbell bench etc... Also because it’s a push pull you can add supersets from time to time. Also make sure one days heavy-low rep, next med-med rep and one is lighter- higher reps. This will allow you to hit all muscle fibers. If wk 1 M is heavy then in wk 2 make it light ———————————————————————————— Full body routine,1 PUSH follow by 1 PULL exercises. Upper/Inner/Outer. You should also change reps range from week to week. So if you do bench press 5-8 reps wk 1. Do 10-12 wk 2. MUSCLE CONFUSION is KEY to growth and train to failure each session. You can also increase sets for certain exercises ( maybe weak points) to increase workload. Eventually increase sets if time permits to 4 then 5 per exercise
