The 3 Day Core Superset Routine routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This is a useful, 3-day core superset program do mix in to your strength training plan on the off days. What's great about this particular program, it offer short (15-23 minute) training sessions with different goals each day. Day 1 - 10 sets with all core exercises using only bodyweight. There are two supersets. Day 2 - Again, 10 sets but this time you will need a weight plate, barbell and cable machine. Expect a superset at the end.
