The AB Fullbody routine by RasmusSimlingKristensen is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Fullbody beginners program by Jacob Beerman (maxer.dk). Use the program three times a week with at least one day of rest in between training days. Alternate split A and B, ie. week one A, B, A; week two B, A, B, etc.
