The Building Blocks Academy Week 1-4 routine by TwalkDaHulk is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This is TwalkDaHulk, I put together this custom routine for you to follow for weeks 1-4. This is the Bulking/Muscle Building Routine you need to follow. Depending on your schedule you can change the actual days of the week as long as you are training the three days per week. This is the first stage of our program and I will make changes based on your results and progress during our weekly check ins.
