As the name states, this is primarily a band workout. There are a few TRX and bodyweight exercises and the occasional dumbbell move. I am designing this for me when I travel and take my Bodylastic band set and TRX with me to work out wherever I am and not rely on a hotel gym that is well stocked. I also love the functionality of band and multiple planes of resistance, not just gravity! This program is adapted to grow muscle or to cut as needed.
Recommended split is 2 workouts, then a rest day. If you want it to be a full week, add the optional lagging body part workout, so do 3 workouts, then a rest day. Lagging workout should not be a long intense workout!
