5x5 workout a and b week 1 aba week 2 bab and repeat. on 5x5 sets, 1st 2 sets are warmuo and the 3 working sets. as weights progress and get heavier more rest may be needed to allow cns to recover for next set. once 3 sets of 5 are completed add weight 2.5-5kg
