Plan Details
The Everyday Starter (Week 2 & Week 3) routine by LaVillain is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a 3 Day routine. On the 1ST day you only do the (Before 10 AM) exercise, Day 2 and 3 you do both exercises. The 4th Day is a rest day and the cycle repeats till the end of your 3rd week. I personally used 30 Ibs weights but feel free to use your own.
