This is the beginner routine designed by Good Life Fitness (Canada). It has only one day, and you can repeat it as many times per week as you like. Since it uses only machines, it is safe and easy for beginners to learn the basic moves without risk of injury. The machines are located in a "Fit-Fix" area in most Good Life gyms across Canada. It is supposed to take 20 minutes, but it always takes more time for me!
