The 4x5 Full Body Dumbbell Strength Routine routine by JefitTeam is a 2 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
This is an intermediate strength training program using dumbbells. Each exercise will be performed for 4 sets of 5 repetitions. There are two weekly sessions that need to be completed for 8 weeks. Each training session will take between 55-65 minutes to complete. Make sure each set is heavy enough to just complete 5 repetitions only.
