The LITA Home Upper/Lower Body Split routine by LadyInTheArena is a 2 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Home workout upper/lower body split. Can be split by days of week or back and forth continuously. The lower body DL first set is RDLs and the second set of DL is sumo DL with heavier weight. I combine these with gym based workouts, cardio, and portable/office type workouts, but this is the workout that starts the day! ??
