The Dumbbell AMRAP Routine routine by JefitTeam is a 7 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Throw out the repetitions for the week and make all your sets time based, meaning AMRAP in a set time. Following a brief warm-up, you'll go through a series of dumbbell exercises designed for both the lower and upper body (two workouts each/week). Mix this up with cardio to burn some additional body fat and you're good to go! The program includes 4 days working with legs then upper body coupled with three cardio sessions thrown in between for good measure. You want to get cut don't you?
