The Bulking April 2020 - JMO routine by jamieorlando22 is a 5 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
Bulking Routine intended to increase muscle mass and strength. Five day routine working chest, back and shoulders twice per week and legs once per week. Routine uses the powerlifting Westside barbell 5x5 technique for the core lifts (bench, incline bench, barbell row, overhead press, deadlift and squat). This routine also uses many super sets to increase intensity. Has led to great results in both size and strength!
