The Audio Coaching Intermediate routine by JefitTeam is a 3 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This strength program offers 3-days of workouts using both dumbbells and barbell exercises. The program also includes various exercises that use audio trainer cues or coaching tips to make sure you're using good form. Day 1: This workout includes bodyweight warm-up and full body dumbbell workout. Day 2: This session also includes bodyweight & dumbbell exercises that target your entire body. Day 3: This particular strength session includes only barbell specific exercises following a dynamic warm-up. **Make sure your "Audio Cue" button is switched ON.
