The program also includes various exercises that use audio trainer cues or coaching tips to make sure you're using good form.
Day 1: This workout includes bodyweight warm-up and full body dumbbell workout.
Day 2: This session also includes bodyweight & dumbbell exercises that target your entire body.
Day 3: This particular strength session includes only barbell specific exercises following a dynamic warm-up.
**Make sure your "Audio Cue" button is switched ON. It will be Highlighted Blue, when it is (lower right side). **
