The Infernal training routine by PabloRJ79 is a 6 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Get ready for this challenge. The goal of the training is simple: to make as many sets in the shortest time. Choose a load that can perform between 8 to 10 repetitions. Rest 10 seconds and do another series. When you get only 2-3 reps go to the next exercise. Some intensity techniques will be used, especially the super slow and drop set. PS: Squats and bench press have day with greater rest.
