The Become Your Own Legend routine by PrestonEagle is a 5 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
After 4-6 months of lifting I needed something to really challenge and motivate me to be more. I have researched and found a workout catered to building strength as well as building definition with a little endurance with a Pyramid set. This workout is heavily influenced by Eddie Hall. ALL of these sets are done at 12, 10, 8, 6 with increased weight with each set.
