The Yoga Flow v.2 routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a one-day yoga flow routine that will help improve flexibility and joint mobility. Feel free to use it multiple days a week. It is also great to use in between your strength sessions to relax your muscular system. The session includes a 14 exercise sequence with a superset that includes a bird dog and bow pose that needs to be repeated twice. The workout session should take between 20-25 minutes to complete.
