The Stage 2 Muscle Conditioning routine by Aprice3663 is a 6 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve sport fitness goals.
This is a 6 week workout. This routine was designed for Athletes who want to gain Strength and muscle endurance during the off season. This 6 day split routine consists of chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs, running, swimming, and yoga training. The goal of this routine is to gain maximum amount of muscle, keeping fat gain at minimum, keeping the lungs in shape, and keeping maximum muscle flexibility. Note: The weight amount should be as heavy as you can go to where the first few sets are fully completed without a spot and you struggle on the last two reps of the last set. Thus needing a spotter.
