The GetGadgetFit 2015 routine by gadgetjoe is a 4 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Working with a Trainer I have put together this circuit focused dumbbell routine. The Dumbbell routine can be done 2 - 3 times a week. The run 2 - 3 times a week. The Alternate item (LA Fitness Machines/Yoga) are dependent on my ability to get to the gym (versus home or hotel) or the class.
