The Bodyweight Supersets at Home (Beginners) routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
This is a bodyweight superset session geared towards beginners. The routine begins and ends with a version of a Plank exercise. Perform 10 repetitions of each exercise irregardless of what it recommends in the workout. Next up, you will perform 8 bodyweight exercises but they are paired as supersets.
