The dumbell workout plan routine by lily_clague is a 7 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
A split workout planned with 4 days of dumbell conditioning and 1 day of cardio work out! This was developed using dumbell fix workout from body building and also my own some add ons. very effective and hits each body part for ultimate shredded lean body. The workout is 40 sec and 20 sec rest and once 1 round is done, 1 minute rest. most effective if 4-5 rounds are done
