The Eugenia 5 Day Phase B routine by GabeW31 is a 5 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Love You! Adjust the weight when you're going to 20-reps on any exercise, so that you start failing at about 15 or 16 Reps. Don't try to overdo it and go crazy heavy on any exercise but you should feel some intensity and work up a nice sweat. on Tuesday/Thursday try and sneak in 30min Cardio Sessions whenever at some point in the day.
