The Revival Challenge routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Due to World Health Day and Walk to Work Day (April 7th), Easter (9th), and not to mention, International Dance Day on April 29th, Jefit Has developed the following challenge for you. The Revival Challenge Take part in the Jefit Revival Challenge for the month of April. The goal for this months challenge is to be more active, add more movement throughout your day and stretch daily. Where most of the Jefit challenges require the use of exercise equipment, this challenge includes simply walking and a series of stretching exercises which we like to call a "flow".
