How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) To begin this exercise; start off by clean pressing a kettlebell to your shoulder with your palms facing inward towards your head.

2.) Press the kettlebell out and thrust overhead.

3.) Return back to the starting position.

4.) Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as needed
