The Total Body Calorie Burn routine by mnkykungfu is a 1 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Perform each pair of exercises with no more than 30 secs between them. After completing each pair of supersets, do 5 minutes of cardio (the actual cardio choice is just a suggestion). Rest no more than 2 minutes before repeating with the next supersets and cardio pairing. Rest at least one day after this routine. Can be done once a week by beginners, or combined with other routines in a more advanced program.
